These include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy.

I draw from over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through trauma, PTSD, crisis situations, emotional regulation difficulties, and complex family dynamics.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and biopsychosocial assessment to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.
